CHECK-IN/OUT TIME
All confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancy after 1200 hours on the day of arrival. Check out time is 1000 on the day of departure. DAY USE rooms on the day of departure from 1200 - 1800 hours, subject to room availability, will be charged at 50% of the quoted rate.

CHILD POLICY
Children below the age of 12 years (up to 1 children) may share a room with their parents.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
The Customer must notify the Siam Garden Village in writing of any cancellation or reduction in reserved rooms at least 72 hours before date of arrival. A cancellation fee/charge equivalent to one night of each room not taken up will be imposed, should the reservation be canceled or reduced, less than 72 hours.

NO SHOW FEE/CHARGE
A no-show fee/charge equivalent to the rate for the full length of the stay will be imposed if client/group fail to arrive or cancellation made less than 24 hours before date of arrival.

PAYMENT POLICY
All payments are to be on FULL PRE-PAYMENT basis. Booking is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All monies paid are non-refundable.
